It has been observed that there were events occurred in which, the official stamps of the organizations being misused by unauthorized persons. The SMART STAMP can only be accessed only by the authorized persons of the end-user with the use of fingerprint.
The stamp is connected with the software on the computer that enables the user to control it with ease.
The smart stamp submits a complete report on the date and time of the stamping process on the paper & the person who stamped it.
The malpractices within the seconds activation time is also prevented, as the device is recording each activation and use of the stamp along with the log data about the user too.
Once the finger is scanned user has got a second’s window to seal the stamp; if not done user have to rescan his finger.

EREGNOMIC DESIGN

Designed in such a way that the SMART STAMP is light and ergonomic.
Fingerprint sensor is placed in front of smart stamp, which can easily be accessed by multiple authorized persons of the end-user.
To avoid the damages due to forces while stamping, LED indication is provided around the finger print sensor to indicate the status of the stamp.
Sound indication is also provided for easy usage of the stamp.
LED indication and sound are activated when you power ON the device.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: - Fingerprint of the authorized persons of the end-user needs to be recorded (One-time procedure).

Step 2: - Turn on the smart stamp using the power on button.

Step 3:- Verify the identity using the fingerprint access for stamping.

Step 4: - Once the identity is accessed the stamp is activated less than 10seconds. (Able to move the moving part).

Step 5: - Press the stamp against the paper to get the impression of the stamp on the paper. (Moving part of the stamp moves inside).

Step 6: - Need to release the pressure from the stamp after stamping. (Moving part is protruded out automatically because of pre-stressing).

Step 7: - Before deactivating the stamp a beep sound will be produced. At the time need to remove all pressures.

Step 8: - Stamp is deactivated. (Able to move the moving part)

Step 9: - Repeat from step 3 if required to stamp once more.

*P.S

If you are not using the stamp for a long time need to power of the stamp. LED indication and a sound indication are there in the activated period and LED indication is there in the deactivated period. If a person tries to seal the stamp multiple times count of the multiple usage is indicated in the report.
